Overview for March 2010
The weather doesn't seem to have improved much here in our lovely Northern Hemisphere, so let's hope the stars can bring some heart-warming benefits, and that if March 'comes in like a lion', it really does go out 'like a lamb'.
A Full Moon in Virgo has just started to wane as the month begins, and Mercury enters Pisces just as it forms awkward angles with forceful Mars and Saturn. It's likely many will feel rather over-sensitive, perceiving insults or slights where maybe none were intended. But this is also a good time to give form and energy to any imaginative or creative projects which have been left to one side. The Pisces New Moon on 15th brings a fresh outlook.
This is also a good period for bring some imaginative or unusual ideas to your romantic life, especially on 3rd, 11th, 15th and 29th. The influence culminates on 30th with a Full Moon in the house of partnerships, though avoid controversial discussions then!
Mars finally goes direct on 10th, freeing up energies and clearing a path for progress. Daylight saving starts just a few days later so the extra push will be welcome! And finally, the Spring equinox is with us on 20th as the Sun enters Aries and the zodiac begins a brand new year.

ARIES
Venus enters your sign early this month, bringing with it a whiff of Spring romance; just make sure you don't take too much control around 11th as the balance then is delicate. Your mind is as sharp as a pin from mid-month; you'll need it to be as you negotiate a plan around 18th-20th.

TAURUS
Your personal life becomes a lot les complicated after 10th, and you can finally concentrate more on an important work project which has been on the back burner. An old dream can be realised on 14th; and make time for a very special romantic interlude as the month draws to a close.

GEMINI
You may need some post-it notes to remind you to do some important things as the month begins and you are unusually forgetful. This is also a time for coming up with great ideas; write them down! You will need to be the peacemaker when a Full Moon affects your home life on 30th.

CANCER
If you need to confront someone, avoid 4th and 11th - you may win the fight but lose the war. A better prospect at this time is your love life; from 7th right through to the month's end you have a chance to make someone feel very special; unusually, by using your head rather than your heart.

LEO
Think twice before starting an argument on 1st; keep a cool head. Mars finally goes direct in your sign on 10th, and you'll feel a lot more balanced. Romantically you can meet someone who will be important to you between 7th -15th. There's a chance to make big future plans on 22nd.

VIRGO
You may feel as though your energy is focussed on a partner (love or work) through most of this month, as one issue after another comes up to require your help and attention. This will have its rewards sooner than you think. A wonderful fresh start can be made on 25th; do celebrate!

LIBRA
Your career or working life is in focus at the start; don't be afraid to bring your ideas and dreams to the attention of someone who could help to realise them. From mid-month a friend in need will ask for your help; you agree, but use your head rather than becoming emotionally involved.

SCORPIO
Just when you were feeling a little down, a surprising opportunity comes your way at the start of the month, don't be afraid to take a chance, especially where ambitions are concerned. Your compassion is called for on 14th. From the end of the month, your love life becomes easier.

SAGITTARIUS
If you have a wild urge to make a major romantic commitment as the month starts, hold off until the end of the first week when fortune is on your side. Mentally you are in top shape, and can put into place plans for the future; just don't try to carry them out until after the middle of the month.

CAPRICORN
It's decision time on 4th as you finally make up your mind about an important issue. Forgive a loved one if they seem a little aggressive on 11th or 20th; it is you who is being sensitive. There is a chance to go to social gathering in the first week; take it, you could meet someone significant.

AQUARIUS
An unsettled time is drawing to a close, so don't act hastily at the start of March. Things start to ease from 4th, and from 10th you will know exactly where you want to go, especially where both work and partnerships are concerned. Keep 30th free to plan for a special romantic evening!

PISCES
You start the month with a feeling of great clarity about what you need to do; make sure you get enough sleep so you've got the energy to do it! 7th brings good luck your way. On 15th a New Moon may have you making changes to your 'look'. Don't be afraid to try something unusual.
